Since I had Sadie, I have started remembering all these things about infants I had forgotten.
They:
hate to have their diapers changed – cry the whole time
smile and laugh in their sleep weeks before they do it when they are awake
will puke without warning
get the hick ups all the time
have the loudest poos you have ever heard.
I cannot believe how much I had forgotten in the few short years since Ellie, but I am enjoying the remembering.
