Thursday we went to Boston to have Ellie’s six month check up.  The ride up was uneventful and the girls did great in the car.  I was a bit nervous how Sadie would do on the 2 1/2 hour drive up but she was awesome.

Dr. Marx had a good look and listen and found that everything looked pretty much like it did last Oct. when she had her Cath.  This was good news.  Ellie has also gained a little bit of weight and gotten taller (29.1 lbs and 37 in.)  She is creaping along on the Ellie curve of the height weight chart.

Next check up, six months.

The drive home we hit two accident related traffic jams and stopped at the Travlers’ Rest for dinner so it took us 5 1/2 hours (4 1/2 of which was on the road).  Needless to say we were all pretty knackered by the time we got home.  Happy by what we had learned but knackered.
