Yowza! This is incredible news…I just hope you get to go today – and things will just seem so much more normal. I’m worried about you guys and know that you must be burned out on the night shift. Home for the Holidays ahead sounds nice.

FAB-YEEEEEWW-LUSS!!!!!! Ken your sister is right, there is no place like home!!! Especially considering you’ll be returning home after being in the hospital and experiencing the most exhausting and stressful experience of your lives! I am so happy to hear about Ellie’s wonderful progress. I can’t imagine what it must have felt like to see a new heart working in your little girl. Congratulations to Ellie, to you and to her super-talented doctors! Yay!
