Ken and my New Year was calm to say the least. We watched the ball drop and then went to bed. It was a really calm end to a crazy year. It seemed a bit fitting though.
I took a min. to think of all the things I wanted to work on in the new year. Like calling my friends more and staying in touch better, remembering everyone’s Birthday’s (oh, by the way please email me your, your significant other’s and your babies’ bdays for my flash new calendar), and as always eating better. I decided to call them things to work on this year instead of resolutions. Maybe I will acutally fullfill them that way. Most of all I want to enjoy every min. of the New Year not waste it.
It is so weird how at the beginning of the year you really have no idea what it will bring good, bad or other. Heck last New Year Ken and I watched Jooles Holland’s Hootenanny on the BBC in our semi detached house in Huddersfield, England. Now look where we are.
I guess that is what makes life interesting you never know what the New Year will bring.
Here’s to everyone having an interesting and wonderful New Year full of more good than bad or other!!
Happy New Year, Panko’s. I know the coming year is going to bring wonderful things!
