LONDON. The only thing in this world that would make me work a London flight right now is my Nanny-poo The flights aren’t fun. They are even making crew members check all of our bags, only allowing us to take aprons and manuals and nothing else. NOT EVEN LIP GLOSS!
It was her 80th on Sunday (Aug. 13th) and I rented a car, drove to Sawston and was able to see her and help celebrate. There was a really fun party with pies, cakes, scones, tea, booze, oldies and even a few youngies.
It was also my cousin Paul’s birthday so kind of a double celebration.
It was a wonderful day, Nanny looked so pretty. Wouldn’t have missed it for the world.
